Excellent for protease sensitive immunoassays, for stabilisation of proteins and enzymes in buffers and before lyophilization. Stabilizer for long-term storage of highly diluted antibodies. Blocking agent to prevent non-specific binding of proteins in immunoassays like Western Blots, ELISA systems.
