Echogyn’« Embryoview’« devices feature:
ËÇó An outer sheath with 6 circular guide-marks every centimeter, visible regardless the direction of the outer sheath when in use.
ËÇó A transfer catheter with an echogenic metal marker integrated in the catheter wall.
ËÇó 6 centimeter guide-marks close to its base are used to read the length inserted in the uterine cavity.

In the supported version, the inner transfer catheter has a metal stiffener integrated in its structure to improve handling without touching the catheter tip. A stylet, available separately, is used to shape the outer sheath prior to its insertion and clear a difficult cervix more easily. With its unique concept, no metal part (echogenic marker or stiffener) comes in contact with the embryo, the medium or the uterine mucosa. The distal echogenic marker helps visualize the tip of the catheter. The echogenic marker does not conceal the transfer lumen during loading or during post-transfer microscope viewing. The extreme flexibility of the transfer catheter preserves the integrity of the uterine lining. Superior design and friction-free components ensure easy sliding motion of the inner catheter through the outer sheath.
