Product Description

For SDS PAGE. Ready-to-use. Covalently stained standard proteins ranging from 6.5 kDa to 200 kDa (see below).After gently warming the protein standard solution to room temperature, apply 5 ’…l per lane when staining with SERVA Blue G, SERVA Blue R or Coomassie’«. For silver staining, e.g. using SERVA's Silver Staining Kit (cat.no. 35076), dilute 1:5 in 1x Laemmli buffer and apply 5 ’…l. The proteins are covalently stained and are represented in quantities to guarantee an equal distribution in band intensity, the proteins are stored in 50 mM TrisHCl, 2 % SDS, 10 % sucrose, pH 6.8.
